1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
3. Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options.
Standard shipping in Canada typically takes 3-9 business days.
Expedited shipping options and delivery times are provided during the checkout process.
Standard shipping to the US can take about 4-8 business days, and there is an expedite option. However shipping costs are a bit higher in the US than within Canada.
4. International Shipping:
Unfortunately we currently DO NOT offer international purchasing and shipping.
5. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.
